By accepting our terms, you agree to the following:
We will pay the agreed amount stated above, acknowledging that this is an estimate only, as unforeseen factors may arise.
Payment is to be made upon the completion of the job.
A deposit of 50% may be required before work commences.
If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, a penalty of 10% per week will be applied until the full amount is settled. Additionally, YOU will cover any extra charges incurred to recover the outstanding balance.
In the event that any part of the job is not completed as outlined above, you reserve the right to withhold 10% of the total payment until the matter is resolved through a third party.
